Robot Exhibition In Tokyo

International Robot Exhibition In Tokyo

Forget Transformers and Astro Boy: Japan's latest robots will not save the world - they would cook snacks with your child, serve as a model clothes, and the victims search. In one country, need it, humanoid robots seriously, the International Robot Exhibition kicked off this week, showing the latest whirring and buzzing from the 192 companies and 64 organizations, and the invention of the abroad.State at home and abroad the most advanced robots in the 2009 International Robot Exhibition in Tokyo Big Sight Tokyo Big Sight exhibition area from 21. A kind of introduction of new technologies, such as household robots and robot suits, to improve the user's actual capacity, the unique variety of robots, in particular, to attract the attention of the guests. In the 'muscle suits' from the Tokyo University of Science laboratory developed by Kobayashi caught by surprise, many viewers in the proceedings of demonstrators lifted 50 kg rice bags easily. It is artificial rubber muscle contraction, can be easy to use air pressure.Because it allows the human to lift heavy things very easy, the technology is expected to help the disabled and to help the elderly, or reduce the right to do heavy labor, the body burden of workers in the factory.

Rolling Laptop

Rolling Laptop

Although many projects are designed to cool notebooks the future, but the figure's role is really great and unique concept, which Chinese number. Ḏ roller notebook computer can be regarded as next-generation notebook designs, as it discards the imitation of this book as a form of displacement. , There is such a thing would be for the foreseeable future does not seem so important, you see how much effort China put into the project.

Although this is only a concept, but the project is encouraging and certainly do not see eye to other designers who want to create a better future and practical notebooks. If it is to enter the market, it will be swept off the shelves at any time.

Coca Cola Powered Cellphone Battery

Coca Cola Powered Cellphone Battery

Designer Zheng Zhi has created a generation of mobile phones, the use of sweet drinks such as Coca-Cola, rather than lithium batteries. Cheng has been the machine revolution, the Finnish mobile phone giant Nokia, and claimed that he had come up with a kind of sugar, beverages and battery power. Any sweet drink, so that sugar water is enough to make cell phone batteries, longer than lithium.
Master Cheng bio-battery invented electricity from carbohydrates, using a specific enzyme as a catalyst. In this process, the device produces oxygen and water. Designer claimed that his sugar as raw material, bio-battery life of up to four times more lithium battery is fully charged, but also easier to charge: If for some more fuel sweet. Lithium batteries are very expensive damage to the environment, so if Zheng powered mobile phones proved to be true, it would be a major breakthrough.

A 15-year-old boy has developed an innovative CPU cooler device

A 15-year-old boy has developed an innovative CPU cooler device based on water evaporation. Called the Heat Buster, it can be installed on any ATX cabinet, and can keep the processor cool without an air conditioner even in temperatures as high as 45 degrees Celsius.

Ambud Sharma

Computer heating is such a problem that even the latest processors that claim to run cool, wind up overheating in the height of the Indian summer. To cope with this problem, chipmakers continue to improve heat sinks and increase the number of fans, but chips continue to heat up, even when the processor fan speeds are 4500 rpm. However, young Ambud Sharma from Varanasi, an avid gamer, decided to do something to address this problem. He developed an evaporative water cooler - or, as he calls it, a 'Heat Buster', for which he has won prizes at the international level, along with a scholarship.

Cool technology!

The Heat Buster has three basic components: a heat sink, a pumping chamber and a cooling chamber.

The heat sink is a modified air-cooled version. Ambud re-engineered it, enabling it to carry water safely over the processor. The heat sink has been particularly modified for the Intel-based LGA-775 socket and the PGA-478 socket processor, so it supports both the old and new generation processors.

The pumping chamber is the device's water reservoir, which has a pump running on a 5 volt SMPS (switched-mode power supply). The chamber also contains water level indicators, and an alarm to alert users when they need to add more water.

The cooling chamber is the device that cools the water by means of evaporation. With this, a computer remains cool without an air conditioner, even during summer temperatures as high as 45 degrees Celsius. The Heat Buster is compatible with all ATX cabinets.

Enumerating Heat Buster's key features, Ambud reveals, "So far, I have been able to modify the heat sinks of only Intel processors, as I have used only Intel's processors at home. But in the future I intend to make an AMD heat sink also. Heat Buster can completely remove processor heating and maintain the temperature as low as 25 degrees Celsius even in the peak of summer without an AC." Installing Heat Buster

As regards installation, the Heat Buster is to be fitted inside the cabinet. According to Ambud, the device uses the space in the cabinet very smartly, and doesn't hamper future expandability (addition of PCI and PCIE cards). It doesn't even cover the optical drive bays. "The device is easy to assemble; it takes just ten minutes to fit the device and get it working," he continues.

Top 10 Transparent Animals!

Here are the most interesting transparent animals, from icefish to jellyfish to frogs to butterflies! Nature sure is very interesting!

Top 10 Transparent Animals!

  1. Transparent Frog

    Transparent Frog

Native to Venezuela, the Glass Frogs belong to the amphibian family Centrolenidae (order Anura). While the general background coloration of most glass frogs is primarily lime green, the abdominal skin of some members of this family is transparent, so that the heart, liver, and digestive tract are visible through their translucent skin. 2. Transparent Head Fish

    Transparent Head Fish

This bizarre deep-water fish called the Barreleye (Macropinna microstoma) has a transparent head and tubular eyes. It has extremely light-sensitive eyes that can rotate within his transparent, fluid-filled shield on its head, while the fish's tubular eyes, well inside the head, are capped by bright green lenses. The eyes point upward (as shown here) when the fish is looking for food overhead. They point forward when the fish is feeding. The two spots above the fish's mouth are not eyes: those are olfactory organs called nares, which are analogous to human nostrils. (Photo by MBARI)

  3. Transparent Butterfly

    Transparent Butterfly

Found in Central America, from Mexico to Panama, the Glasswing Butterfly (Greta Oto) is a brush-footed butterfly where its wings are transparent. The tissue between the veins of its wings looks like glass. (Photo by Hemmy)

  4. Transparent Squid

    Transparent Squid

Found on the southern hemisphere's oceans, the Glass Squid (Teuthowenia pellucida) has light organs on its eyes and possesses the ability to roll into a ball, like an aquatic hedgehog. It is prey of many deep-sea fish (eg goblin sharks) as well as whales and oceanic seabirds. (Photo by Peter Batson)

  5. Transparent Zebrafish created by scientists

    Transparent Zebrafish created by scientists

This see-through zebrafish was created in 2008 by scientists so they can study disease processes, including the spread of cancer. The transparent fish are allowing researchers at Children's Hospital Boston to directly view fish's internal organs and observe processes such as tumor growth in real-time in living organisms. 6. Transparent Icefish

    Transparent Icefish

Fund in the cold waters around Antarctica and southern South America, the crocodile icefish (Channichthyidae) feed on krill, copepods, and other fish. Their blood is transparent because they have no hemoglobin and/or only defunct erythrocytes. Their metabolism relies only on the oxygen dissolved in the liquid blood, which is believed to be absorbed directly through the skin from the water. This works because water can dissolve the most oxygen when it is coldest. In five species, the gene for myoglobin in the muscles has also vanished, leaving them with white instead of pink hearts. 7. Transparent Amphipod

    Transparent Amphipod

Called Phronima, this unusual animal is one of the many strange species recently found on an expedition to a deep-sea mountain range in the North Atlantic. In an ironic strategy for survival, this tiny shrimplike creature shows everything it has, inside and out, in an attempt to disappear. Many other small deep-sea creatures are transparent as well, or nearly so, to better camouflage themselves in their murky surroundings, scientists say. (Photo by David Shale)

  8. Transparent Larval Shrimp

  10. Transparent Jellyfish

    Transparent Jellyfish

Jellyfish are free-swimming members of the phylum Cnidaria. They are found in every ocean, from the surface to the deep sea. Many jellies are so transparent that they are almost impossible to see. The one above is from the Arctapodema genus, with a size of an inch-long (2.5-centimeter-long).
