Those who planning to develop responsive web application, following frameworks are mostly used and these will help you lot to design a site .
What is Responsive web site !!??
Website design will be changing based on viewing browser's screen size . When you view those responsive sites in tablet, computer, and mobile displaying items will be resized based on screen size . For example if you viewing responsive website from a mobile phone website will be adjusted and displayed in mobile browser, you no need to zoom and see the website .
